Read this disclosure and agree in it’s entirety before using our website or any of our services and continue to subscribe to us. We recommend you re-read our terms as it may change anytime and it is your responsibility to keep up with the changes.

Thank you so much for choosing Bit Media Services (BitMedia.me) for your Server Setup needs. Our servers, services, and any other products we sell are not intended for California, USA residents. If you use our services and reside in these states you are breaking our ToS and waive any/all rights to being part of a class action, or participating in claims brought in any representative capacity.

Before you proceed with the order process, we would like to inform you that all Server Setup packages are NOT eligible for a refund once your order is processed and provisioned. Be sure you are ordering the right package according to the service you would like support for. If you have any questions as to which package is best suited for you, please reach out to us. 

If you choose to use a Credit Card/Debit card for payment of any services with Bit Media Services, you agree that invoices may be automatically charged to your card as they become due. If you do not wish to automatically be charged, it is your responsibility to either contact us to cancel automatic payments or cancel your services all together via a Cancellation through our website. As stated above, all transactions made with Bit Media Services are final and will not be refunded.

In addition, Bit Media Services is not obligated to assist in the configuring your Server Setup on the user's end as we only setup your account and configure it on our end with the provider you purchased and send you the credentials to login. By agreeing, you have a well enough understanding of the process of setting up the services you purchased on our website and/or are able to find guides elsewhere to aid in the setup process.

Further, Bit Media Services does not own, operate, host or stream any of the provider's servers or content. We are resellers and hence are not responsible for the servers or the content hosted on the servers we provide as we have no control over them. We only setup your account details with the provider you purchase. We are not responsible for your use of these services and by proceeding Bit Media Services is waived of all liability of downtime or other repercussions. We have the right to refuse  to sell and cancel any of our services at any time at our discretion without a refund if you break any of our terms we have listed on this page. 

Finally, the typical setup time for all new services is 1-24 hours – not including weekends. Weekend orders can take 24 to 48 hours to process since we don't work on Sundays. If you decide to ask for an update before 8 hours has elapsed, we have the right to cancel and refund your order. We have a zero tolerance policy for this sort of impatient behavior and it typically leads to more cases of such in the future. Trials for any of our products/services will not be processed on the weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). You can expect to get them processed the Monday following the weekend. 

No Return, No Refund Policy

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROVIDED FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION(s)/PURCHASE(s). WE DO NOT PROVIDE CREDIT, REFUNDS, OR PRORATED BILLING FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION(s)/PURCHASE(s) THAT ARE CANCELLED MID-MONTH. In such a circumstance, you will continue to have access to your SUBSCRIPTION(s)/SERVICE(s) until the end of the monthly billing cycle. We reserve the right to offer refunds, discounts in select circumstances at its sole discretion. 
We also charge a 60% re-stocking fee for any chargebacks, returns or refunds we decide to give you at our own will. Please note that each circumstance is unique and election to make such an offer in one instance does not create the obligation to do so in another. All products and services are sold AS-IS and are NON-Refundable! All sales are final. 

We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or using/accessing our product(s)/service(s). If you have any questions about our No Return, No Refund Policy, please contact us by submitting a ticket.

In regards to digital products: you explicitly agree that because of products are digital goods delivered via Internet refund isn’t possible.
