The main reason for this is that the email provider you use is blocking emails from our email server or if you host your own domain/email server, it's falsely blocking our email server as spam. Please check your SPAM/JUNK folder first to see if the emails we sent you is there. If not, then proceed to either adding our email address to your address book or whitelist our email address [email protected] or our entire domain bitmedia.me
Typically GMAIL servers are the best, and you always get your mail delivered no matter what (if not in the inbox, at least in your SPAM folder) so consider opening a GMAIL account if you don't have one.
